Central Fulfillment - Temporary Supply Chain Clerk
Location: 11340 South 153rd Street, Papillion, NE, 68138, US
Schedule: Temporary 1st shiftposition. 8am - 5pm
Essential job duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitor dry ice, cooler, cooler parts, liners, and other packaging inventory across Omaha Steaks and 3PL locations.
- Review inventory reports and identify and communicate potential shortages or inventory concerns to the Supply Chain team.
- Maintain and update inventory spreadsheets, reports, and tracking tools.
- Track inbound trailers and shipments, including delivery status and expected arrival dates.
- Assist with routine freight bookings and scheduling for inbound shipments.
- Follow up with carriers and suppliers regarding delivery appointments and shipment status.
- Process and maintain purchase orders and related documentation.
- Track cooler parts, liners, and other supply materials to support accurate inventory records.
- Prepare and maintain daily inventory and inbound shipment reports for internal stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Supply Chain team during peak season.
- Escalate inventory shortages, shipment delays, or other issues that may impact operations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-6 months general office experience
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, carriers, or third-party logistics providers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing operational priorities.
