Job Summary: Resolves pended order errors in addresses, credit card numbers, selections, prices, ship dates and related items using computer software, internet and other resources to correct orders. Contacts customers via phone, email and mail to resolve pended order issues.

Pay:

• $15/hour

Schedule Requirements/Commitment:

Your work schedule availability should closely match the training shift you select. You will be expected to mirror most of your available hours to your training class time:

• Day
  • 10/26-10/30 from 8AM to 12PM CST
• Mid:
  • 10/26-10/30 from 1PM-5PM CST

Miscellaneous Information:

• A weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) is required for all agents.
• If extra hours are offered, youre welcome to pick up extra hours at any time; this is not just limited to your desired schedule preference of Morning.
• Schedules run Sunday Saturday.
• You will bescheduled for 438 hours perweek, based onyour selected preferenceat hire: minimal(422 hours per week) or extended(438 hours per week).
• Overtime is not available unless specifically offered.
• All times for Omaha Steaks are listed in Central Standard Time.
• You will submit your schedule availability during training.

Qualifications Youll Need:

• A quiet workspace
• An approved headset will be required to purchase (reimbursed by company)
• Must have your own PC that is hard-wired to the internet (you can work from a laptop, but Wi-Fi/Wireless are not supported)
• PC must be less than 5 years old and running Microsoft Windows 11 (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 MAC OS, and Chrome OS are not supported or allowed)
• Windows 11 must be
  • CPU 2.0 GHZ - 3.0 GHZ processor
  • RAM 8GB or more
  • Drive 256gb or more
• Will need to complete a Computer Test & Internet Speed Test to meet the required specifications
• Must have computer and virus protection
• Must have anti-virus installed and up to date (Windows 11 built-in security center antivirus and/or 3rd party antivirus are supported) .
