717 Logistics LLC, an Amazon Partner, is hiring Refrigerated Box Truck Drivers to join our delivery team. This position is ideal for dependable drivers who enjoy working independently and want a consistent schedule with guaranteed hours.

Drivers will operate refrigerated box trucks to deliver palletized products to designated locations. Freight is moved using pallet jacks, so no heavy manual lifting is required. No CDL is required for this position.

Full-time drivers receive 40 hours guaranteed per week, along with competitive benefits and opportunities to grow with the company.

Schedule Full-Time Position

• Starting pay: $24/hour

• 40 hours guaranteed per week

• Approximately 3 days per week

• 3 days: 12-hour shifts

• 4th day: 6-hour shift

• Consistent schedule

Part-Time Position

• Starting pay: $24/hour

• Shifts start at midnight

• 6-hour shifts

• Work 3 or 4 days per week

• Consistent overnight schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a refrigerated box truck on assigned delivery routes.

• Deliver palletized products to designated locations.

• Use pallet jacks to move and unload palletized freight.

• No heavy lifting or manual carrying of freight is required.

• Follow assigned delivery routes using GPS/navigation systems.

• Maintain proper temperature and handling procedures for refrigerated products.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

• Secure freight properly during transportation.

• Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries, delays, route changes, or other issues.

• Complete delivery documentation and proof of delivery.

• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable transportation regulations.

Requirements

• No CDL required.

• Valid driver's license.

• Clean driving record required.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to safely operate a refrigerated box truck.

• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack or willingness to learn.

• Ability to work overnight and/or extended shifts.

• Dependable and professional attitude.

• Ability to work independently and meet delivery schedules.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely enter and exit a refrigerated box truck throughout the workday.

• Ability to operate a pallet jack and move palletized freight.

• No heavy manual lifting or carrying of individual packages is required.

• Ability to safely perform the normal physical duties associated with operating a delivery vehicle and handling palletized freight.
