- If selected at the GS-11 level, duties will be performed in a developmental capacity
- Serves as a Human Resources specialist and focal point providing classification and position management advisory services to management and supervisors at a major activity.
- Provides advisory services to all management levels within assigned organizations on specific and organization-wide issues impacting either a single Federal civilian Human Resources (HR) function or multiple program areas.
- Analyzes position requirements, organizational mission requirements, structure trends, and costs and provides advice regarding position classification and organizational structure design.
- Provides management with insight in establishing organization structures that are efficient, cost effective, support desired grade levels, and facilitate career development.
