This vacancy is for a Supervisory Advanced Practice Nurse position in the Administrative and Customer Support Division located at the U.S. Census Bureau HQ in Suitland, MD. - Oversees and manages the planning of on-going health promotion programs, including the annual health fair, wellness blood screenings, CPR training, ergonomics training, support groups, annual flu immunization program, etc.
- Supervises, organizes, directs, and coordinates activities of Occupational Health nurses, medical support assistants, program assistants and contracted staff.
- Performs a wide range of nursing duties, including assessment and treatment of illnesses and injuries on the job, physical examinations for job requirements/certifications (i.e., motor vehicle operators), and screening tests.
