Learn more about CBP's mission, core values and careers at https://www.cbp.gov/about As an Audio Visual Production Specialist, you will support agency informational and messaging media production projects including program oversight for all facets of media productions projects to include audio, video, photography, graphic design, and management of operations. This position starts at a salary of $91,335.00 (GS-12, Step 1) to $118,738.00 (GS-12, Step 10). GS Salary: Visit this link to view the locality pay tables by geographic area. Typical duties and responsibilities of this assignment include: Serving as an authoritative technical advisor and resource to Audio Visual Production Specialists in medium sectors. Providing assistance in script preparation, creating electronic graphics to enhance presentation, editing videotapes for roll in and reviewing, evaluating and editing finished programs. Creating and maintaining existing database of video imagery used for distribution as B-Roll to media outlets. Providing technical assistance and training to staff in the sector in using the audio/visual equipment and assisting in social media production related tasks and performing duties as assigned by supervisors.
