About the Position : This position is located at Andrew Rader US Army Health Clinic. Incumbent will be working in a Primary Care Medical Home directing the clinical operations, mentoring junior providers and clinical staff while directly influencing the quality and efficiency of care delivered at the facility. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare to patients of all ages, addressing acute, chronic, complex, and interdependent medical conditions.
- Serve as Primary Care Optimization (PCO) Team Leader, delivering full-spectrum outpatient care and coordinating multidisciplinary services.
- Conduct a wide range of outpatient procedures, including biopsies, and other diagnostic/therapeutic interventions.
- Supervise physicians, nurses, and physician assistants.
- Perform hiring recommendations, performance management, and overseeing workflow.
