Dental Office Manager – Kaneohe, HI


Job description

Kaneohe Family Dental Care is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our practice. This person will support the dental team, help maintain an organized and welcoming experience for patients, and oversee the administrative and financial work of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and patient communication.
  • Supervise, train, and support administrative staff.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to keep patient visits and office workflows running smoothly.
  • Oversee insurance verification, billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and protect confidential information in accordance with HIPAA.
  • Identify ways to improve office processes and patient service.

Qualifications

  • Dental office experience is required.
  • Experience supervising a dental front office team is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dental insurance, billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff, stay organized, and resolve problems.
  • Experience with Open Dental is preferred.

60,000 - 75,000 USD per year(Kaneohe Family Dental Care)
