Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families
- Perform preventive health examinations and routine health screenings
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate appropriate specialty care
- Collaborate with nursing and clinical support staff to provide efficient, patient-centered care
- Coordinate care with Ellis Medicine specialists and other members of the patient's care team
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York State
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Recruitment Package
Ellis Medicine offers a competitive recruitment package designed to support your professional and personal transition to our organization, including:
- Competitive guaranteed base salary for 2 years of $250k-$260k with the ability to earn more in productivity
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
- $75,000 Starting Bonus
- $25,000 Retention Bonus on your 1st anniversary
- Eligible for a residency stipend of up to $50,000 per year for early sign on
- Relocation assistance up to $20,000
- CME allowance and dedicated CME time
