Position Summary

The Territory Manager (Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri) will play a key role in driving ReviveRx's growth by building and managing a strong pipeline of healthcare clients, primarily clinics, hospitals, and provider offices, through a combination of proactive outbound sales and dedicated relationship management. This role is best suited for a results-driven sales professional with healthcare industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment and is equally comfortable generating new business as they are nurturing long-term client partnerships. Operating in a primarily inside sales capacity with occasional in-person client visits, the Territory Manager will leverage Hubspot CRM and Power BI to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing and ongoing account support, while using data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and report performance to leadership. Success in this role depends on a consultative, relationship-first approach paired with the discipline and organization needed to manage a growing territory and consistently meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate sales records
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings
  • Follow up with marketing-generated leads, website inquiries, and referrals to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Present product information, pricing, and proposals while addressing client questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage sales collateral and presentations
  • Engage with decision-makers at clinics, telehealth, and provider offices—both virtual and in-person visits
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support ongoing sales growth
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, providing tailored service and ongoing support
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and client retention
  • Maintain detailed records of all activities and performance metrics in Hubspot CRM

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven B2B or healthcare sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in inside sales, ideally within the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in CRM and working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for helping others and achieving targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
  • Based out of Kansas City, MO. or St. Louis, MO.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Primarily in a home office or professional office environment, with the majority of daily activity conducted virtually via phone, video conferencing, and CRM-based outreach
  • Regularly required to sit for extended periods while using a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment to manage leads, client communications, and CRM records
  • Frequently required to use hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and navigating sales and reporting platforms such as Power CRM and Power BI
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively via phone, video conference, and email with clients, prospects, and internal teams, including the ability to hear and speak at a level necessary for sales presentations and client consultations
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus for extended periods of screen-based work, including reviewing reports, proposals, and CRM data
  • Occasional travel required for in-person client visits to clinics, hospitals, and provider offices; must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the assigned territory as needed
  • Must be able to concentrate for extended periods while managing multiple client relationships, sales priorities, and reporting deadlines simultaneously
  • May occasionally need to accommodate client schedules outside of standard business hours to secure meetings or respond to time-sensitive inquiries
  • Fast-paced, target-driven environment requiring adaptability, resilience, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to consistently meet sales and growth goals
  • Occasionally required to lift and carry materials such as a laptop, presentation materials, or promotional items weighing up to 15 lbs. when traveling for in-person client visits
