The Department of History, Humanities, and Languages is looking for Music Adjunct Instructors to teach Music Appreciation (MUS 105) starting in Spring 2027. If you are passionate about sharing your knowledge, consider joining TTC!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching in-person on a TTC campus or dual credit site, utilizing available technology, employing various teaching methods, and maintaining accurate attendance and grading records. Only local applicants who are available to teach in-person twice a week on a TTC campus or dual credit site during morning or early afternoon hours will be considered.
To qualify for these positions, you must have at least a master's degree in music OR a master's degree in a related field with 18 semester credit hours in music at the graduate level. Adjunct faculty positions require the submission of unofficial transcripts with the application.
Candidates with teaching experience at the college level are preferred. Applicants must be capable of adapting to an environment that is constantly changing due to advancements in information technology. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
