Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health Department — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What Your Day Looks Like: The Home Health Department provides assessment, intervention, and treatment to patients in their homes. Therapy care is based on the individual therapy needs outlined by the patient care plan and in physician orders.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be:
- Developing and implementing treatment plans that lead to optimal patient outcomes
- Communicating effectively with patients, care team members, physicians, and others
- Focusing on job related objectives and following through in a timely manner even if involved in multiple daily responsibilities
- Writing clear, concise, legible documentation that includes appropriate information for care planning
- Preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies, and following procedures to obtain, charge, and restock equipment and supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Education: Completion of a Occupational Therapy program with a Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited institution
- Skills: Patient care, problem-solving, customer service, and listening skills
- Licensure/Certification: Current Missouri Occupational Therapy License
- Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking, ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. with patient and/or equipment assistance, ability to carry up to 35 lbs.
