As a Human Resources Specialist (Human Resource Business Partner), you will: Advises program managers on complex, cross-cutting human resources policies, regulations, and operational strategies to support organizational goals. Analyzes staffing trends, turnover patterns, and labor market conditions to create short- and long-range hiring and workforce planning solutions. Recommends position structures, evaluates organizational effectiveness, and oversees the implementation of reorganizations. Participates in cross-functional workgroups to address systemic HR issues and mentors HR staff on advisory practices and technical operations.
