Position Title: Delivery Driver Coordinator
Location: Global Meals, Columbus OH
Salary:$ 18.00/hr.
Monday- Friday

THE COMPANY:
We are Casleo LLC dba Global Meals, a well-established and growing company providing home delivered meals to the elderly in any community. As a Driver Coordinator your efforts will be vital in helping us achieve our mission of meeting the nutritional needs of older adults in the communities we serve by providing them with globally sourced healthy, delicious and nutritious meals.
THE POSITION:
Job Duties:
- Report directly to the Operations Director
- Communicate with Cleveland and Columbus drivers using computer-based messaging system, as well as, telephone.
- Monitor the Verizon Fleetmatic website
- Check for traffic violations, drivers' time management, and unwanted driving behaviors - Report those issues to management.
- Assist drivers with any issue while doing their routes. ? Address / Phone # issues
- Missing customer information
- Any other customer's concern while the delivery is being done.
- Any other question Route/Customer/ Delivery related
- Assist resolving customers' complaints in a professional manner.
- Immediately, escalate to management if any accident or mechanical issues are reported.
- Follow up with management about any driver repetitive mistake such as: ? Leaving meals with no authorization
- Skipping customers or not calling ahead
- Not following special notes
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Work on completed routes (Cleveland and Columbus)
- Holds
- Calls to CM
- Calls to Consumers
- Specials and Driver Comments
- Remove: New consumer and Special Instructions
- Any other duties assigned by Global Meals

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

- High school graduate or equivalent
- Team player, able to work in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in a customer service, call center or other phone environment
- Comfortable in a results-driven workplace
- Excellent communication, administrative and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
