About the Position: This position is with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, Programs and Project Management Division, Program Management Branch located in Rock Island, IL.
- Duties are listed at full performance grade level, GS-11:
- Develop project task listings and activity hierarchies to establish project scope, cost, schedule, and resource requirements.
- Analyze task interrelationships to develop and maintain Critical Path Method (CPM) networks, baseline schedules, current schedules, and funding plans using the P2 System.
- Coordinate with project managers to collect, validate, and distribute schedule information and identify project issues requiring resolution.
- Conduct what-if analyses of cost and schedule changes; evaluate impacts to milestones, funding, and project execution and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
