  • The Information Technology Specialist is responsible for the continuity and quality of assigned web services and performs or coordinates website administration, development, integration, accessibility, cybersecurity, release and support work according to SI ownership and governance. In this position, you will: Administer, maintain and improve NMAL's Drupal public website and related web applications. Perform routine operational support and resolves technical issues affecting content authors, museum staff, partners and public users. Manage dependencies and configuration using SI-approved practices appropriate to the environment. Ensure that websites, applications, documents and digital content meet applicable Section 508, SI accessibility, and WCAG Level AA requirements. Support data exchange and API integrations between the website and approved museum or enterprise services. Improve the usability and effectiveness of digital experiences through user-centered design, information architecture, responsive interface implementation, analytics and iterative testing.
