HR Coordinator
Process every job justification, position control, posting and all entries with metro HR
Utilize Neogov software
Utilize Oracle software extensively
Process all Onboarding
Attend meetings with metro Legal and metro HR about all types of HR issues
Capability of running Oracle reports to confirm all salaries and longevity amounts
Knowledge of processing and procedures related to FMLA, Paid Family Leave, Short Term Disability paperwork
Update org charts and other metro HR required reports
Payroll Processor-
Process payroll in Oracle software
Special Judges-
Schedule special judges for dockets and conferences
Maintain Oaths
Prepare and Maintain spreadsheets related to scheduling for the court
Budget Related
Prepare spreadsheets for salary changes
Assist Finance Administrator with employee and salary information
Oracle Timekeeping
Knowledge of Oracle Timekeeping, Absence and Timecard activity
Assist Court Administrator and Presiding Judge
Address HR and Payroll issues with Court Administrator and/or Presiding Judge
Other Responsibilities as Assigned
ADA Coordinator
Title VI Coordinator
Maintain key spreadsheet
Learning Management Software (LMS) training- help staff maneuver software
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and six (6) years of professional HR experience of which four (4) years must have been in a management capacity.
