About the Position: This position is located at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital located at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Recruitment or relocation incentives MAY be authorized for highly qualified candidates. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
- Supervise assigned professional and paraprofessional employees.
- Provide individual and group therapy utilizing a variety of treatment modalities.
- Coordinate with a variety of agencies to assist with the multidisciplinary treatment of patients.
- Establish performance standards for employee.
- Prepare performance appraisals for subordinate employees.
