About the Position: This position is located at the Naval Branch Health Clinic Mid-South, Dir of Clinical Support, Pharmacy. Serve as leadrer over 3 or more pharmacy technincians who perform pharmacy technician duties and assist the paharmasists in the processing and dispensing of perscritoins. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation utilizing DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range & Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in DoD
- Distributes and balances the workload among employees in accordance with established flow or job specialization to assure timely accomplishment of the assigned workload.
- Prepares and maintains various pharmacy records, files, and administrative reports determining and modifying format and content.
- Receives and reviews individual prescriptions for a full range of pharmaceuticals.
- Prepares, packages, and labels prescriptions and drug orders as ordered by the pharmacist and in accordance with (IAW) pharmaceutical rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain controlled drug and regular prescription documents and records.
