This position is located at the Blackfeet Service Unit, Division of Nursing Services within the Indian Health Service. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021). Prior to the appointment, candidates must present two valid forms of identification. Performs home visits, conducts individual and group education classes, and teaches through demonstration. Provides programs of maternal health care, child health care and adult health care. Counsels and refers individual clients and families to available health services. Participates in community-based groups for public health promotion and disease prevention.
