You will serve as a Administrative Officer for CRAB ORCHARD SUPERFUND PROJECT an integral member of the management team, providing a wide range of administrative services, advice, and counsel for a complex organization within the Fish and Wildlife Service. - Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Performs analysis required to formulate the budget assuring that all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures for budget submissions are followed. Analyzes funding needs and actual or potential problem areas, trends, deficiencies, areas of imbalance. Establishes local field station account structures, continuous review/monitoring of funds, reconciliation, and shifting and/or adjusting funds. Performs or directs the acquisition of necessary supplies, equipment, and labor to meet station needs. Studies current and new administrative procedures and requirements in order to determine their effect on station operations and to identify areas where improvements are needed. Serves as the primary Office Coordinator on space requests, building maintenance; telephone services; property utilization, survey and disposal; files, mail, and records; travel; receptionist services; Freedom Of Information Act tracking; payroll; and similar administrative programs.
