- Manages a Food Service and Lounge Program within a business activity
- Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures.
- Plans and manages all phases of food service program where dining and catering are a substantial basis of the food operation.
- Participates in the selection of employees, directs on-the-job-training of new employees, makes duty assignments consistent with operational requirements.
- Develops operating budget and data, identifying labor, equipment, and supply costs. Supervises assigned staff.
