About the Position: This position is located with EVANS Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
- Comprehensive patient care and monitoring.
- Provides practical nursing to patients in the outpatient clinic with a variety of medical conditions, performing tasks such as vital signs, ordering labs, radiology orders as well as assisting with future appointments.
- Medication Administration and observation.
- Prepares and delivers oral, topical and injectable forms of prescribed medications while monitoring and documenting any side effects or adverse reactions.
- Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective management of patient medications.
