About the Position: This position is located at Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Federal employees in Alaska are currently entitled to receive a 1.49% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This is subject to change.
- Provide support and input for the coordination of administrative services (e.g., scheduling, templates, staffing, and training) performed within the health care facilities or offices.
- Enter, upload maintain, review, and/or update health care records (e.g., patient data, patient identifiers).
- Assess patients' administrative needs and provide guidance or assistance in resolving patient concerns.
- Provide clear and concise directions for patient care.
