About the Position: Serves as Human Resources Assistant (Military/OA) for MEDDAC-AK. This position is located at Fort Richardson, AK.
- Maintains automated suspense tracking systems for the receipt, routing, and monitoring of all military personnel documentation.
- Serves as the MEDDAC-AK subject matter expert and final reviewer for the Officer Evaluation Report and Noncommissioned Officer Evaluation Report programs.
- Conducts all military in-processing and out-processing for Active Duty, Reserve Component, and backfill personnel.
- Interviews enlisted Soldiers and reviews personnel records to determine eligibility for requested personnel actions.
- Assists the Chief of Military HR in reviewing and updating internal directives and instructions to ensure consistency in enlisted management operations.
