• The selectee will serve as a Logistics Management Officer in the Office of Administration. Typical work assignments include: Leads the integration, planning, prioritization, and oversight of ADM's logistical and administrative services programs, including leased and owned real property, construction and renovation of leased facilities, vehicle fleet operations, parking, accountable property, body armor, warehouses, and mail and printing services. Directs all phases of program and project execution, from requirements development through funding, scheduling, implementation, evaluation, and closeout. Maintains project tracking tools and dashboards to monitor milestones, risks, and resource allocation, ensuring effective risk management and issue resolution. Leads and participates in acquisition planning for leases, facilities, vehicles, and related services. Evaluates procurement strategies and requirements to promote efficient project management. Supervises, plans, directs, and coordinates the work of a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including General Supply Specialists, Mail Management Specialists, Facilities Management Specialists and Analysts, Building Management Specialists, Vehicle/Fleet Specialists, and Property Management Specialists.
