- WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a(n) Senior Grants Data Standards Analyst, you will: Conducts complex management and program analyses related to implementation of the GREAT Act and the Federal Integrated Business Framework (FIBF) for Grants, identifying risks, gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement. Assesses alignment of grants data standards with statutory requirements, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance, Federal grants regulations, and Departmental policies, and recommends corrective or enhancement strategies. Collaborates with officials from OMB, Federal grant-making agencies, shared service providers, and standards bodies to analyze and support adoption of grants data standards. Prepares briefings, presentations, and written analyses translating complex technical and analytical findings into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences. Leads analytical workstreams or projects by establishing analytical frameworks, methodologies, milestones, and deliverables.
