About the Position: This position is located at Fort Lee, Kenner Army Health Clinic supporting Department of War mission operations. The Incumbent will work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-focused team environment. The incumbent can expect to quickly integrate into daily operations, take ownership of key unclassified and CUI-level deliverables, lead project initiatives that directly optimize workflows and enhance overall team readiness. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
- Serve as the Military Treatment Facility advisor and liaison on a full range of personnel actions
- Provide human resources advisory on proposed position descriptions (PDs) and availability of standardized PDs
- Initiate all recruit/fill Requests for Personnel Action (RPAs) to ensure positions are supportable.
- Prepare a variety of reports and develops command overview of personnel actions for review and analysis purposes.
- Resolve problems regarding pay and benefits issues in a timely manner so that employees can make informed decisions
