About the Position: The Plans, Operations & Training Specialist provides support to the Army Health Clinic Myer located Fort Myer, MD, helping ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and facility operations. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
- Develop, interpret, write, apply and evaluate the Emergency Management Plan (EMP) that ensure the readiness and emergency response posture of the MTF.
- Resolve complex operational issues generated by the breadth scope, seriousness, unpredictability, and complexity of actual and potential emergency situations.
- Conduct continuous analysis of plans, policies, requirements, and procedures.
- Develop written evaluation reports utilizing after-action reports.
- Prepare comprehensive and objective reports with recommendations for improvements.
