Required Experience:
- 3 years of experience providing administrative, operational, and executive-level assistance to Sector Management leadership to advance CISA’s sector-specific and cross-sector coordination activities and responsibilities.
- Proactively maintain and update sector membership lists, rosters, distribution lists, participation records, and associated documentation.
- Demonstrated track record of managing designated mailboxes, acknowledging email inquiries within one hour during core business hours, and maintaining inquiry logs and documentation.
- Hands-on experience maintaining logs and inventories supporting records tracking and retrieval for all sector engagement related documentation.
- Proven experience with coordinating and scheduling sector engagements, utilizing project management tools (minimally Microsoft Office Suite products) and methodologies to optimize logistics and resource allocation.
- Effectively support Sector Management leadership by coordinating calendars, communication flow, task tracking, document management, executive correspondence, and preparation of ready materials to facilitate efficient operations and decision making.
- Ability to develop and maintain monthly status reports documenting calendar coordination, document routing, correspondence volumes, and task tracking completion.
- Capable of providing logistical support, in a classified environment, for sector engagement meetings to include managing meeting registration, onsite meeting support, recording and capturing of meeting attendance, and thorough notetaking while adhering to security requirements.
- Available to provide accelerated administrative, documentation, and engagement support during urgent operational or national level events to ensure timely delivery of actionable information to Sector Management and SRMA leadership to include meeting notes and coordination summaries.
