  • Directs, integrates, and evaluates production planning, scheduling, estimating, production systems, workflow management, production execution, quality assurance, and operational support functions to ensure accomplishment of strategic objectives.
  • Ensures production requirements are effectively planned, scheduled, prioritized, executed, and completed in accordance with agency mission requirements, customer commitments, security requirements, quality standards, and statutory deadlines.
  • Directs enterprise operational analyses involving production costs, labor utilization, equipment capacity, workload forecasting, production throughput, and organization performance.
  • Performs the full range of management and supervisory work. Manages through subordinate supervisors to accomplish administrative and technical supervision of the work.
