Compensation: $80,000 per year, consisting of base compensation plus production-based pay.

Cenvar Roofing & Exteriors is looking for a Residential Roofing Project Coordinator to lead residential roofing installations from start to finish. You'll coordinate crews, oversee job sites, communicate with homeowners, solve problems in real time, and make sure every project meets Cenvar's standards for quality, safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Roofing experience is not required. We're looking for someone with leadership ability, strong judgment, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn the roofing industry.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you're the on-site leader of the project and the point of contact between the homeowner, installation crew, and Cenvar.

This is not a desk job. You'll spend your days at residential job sites, inspecting work, coordinating crews, protecting customers' property, communicating with homeowners, climbing ladders and accessing roofs, handling materials when needed, and resolving problems as they arise.

Successful Project Coordinators take ownership. They don't wait for someone else to notice a problem—they identify it, solve what they can, communicate what they can't, and keep the project moving.

A successful project isn't simply a finished roof.

The work is completed correctly and efficiently. The crew follows Cenvar's standards. The customer's property is protected. The job site stays organized. Problems are addressed quickly. The homeowner knows what's happening and feels well cared for.

At the end of the project, the roof should look great, the property should be clean, and the customer should be impressed with Cenvar.

What You'll Do

• Manage residential roofing projects from job-site setup through final completion.
• Complete all required on-site Project Coordinator procedures and execute work orders accurately to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate and monitor assigned installation crews, holding them accountable to Cenvar's workmanship, neatness, and safety standards.
• Inspect work throughout the installation process to identify quality concerns before they become larger problems.
• Proactively evaluate each property and determine the protection measures needed to prevent damage to the customer's home, landscaping, and belongings.
• Communicate frequently with homeowners about project progress, expectations, questions, and decisions.
• Identify and resolve job-site challenges in real time and escalate crew or project concerns to management when necessary.
• Transport, set up, and climb ladders to access roofs for inspections and job-site oversight.
• Perform physical work when necessary, including loading and unloading building materials such as shingle bundles and OSB sheets.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, crews, and job-site needs to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from arrival through final project completion.
• Follow all company and legally required safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable under company insurance requirements
• Ability to meet the company's background-check requirements
• Ability to safely climb ladders and access residential roofs
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including handling construction materials
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to work Saturdays when project schedules require it

Experience in construction, farming, landscaping, manufacturing, field service, logistics, or another hands-on environment can be helpful, but it is not required.

Previous leadership or management experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are also a plus.

We're more interested in finding someone with grit, judgment, leadership ability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn than someone who already knows everything about roofing.
