About the Position: This position is located within Blanchfield Army Community Hospital's Patient Administration Office. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
- Acts as the Patient Identity Manager (PMI) by managing patient admissions, registrations, and healthcare eligibility verification processes.
- Resolves patient identity errors by reviewing and correcting duplicate records, demographic discrepancies, and other mismatches to ensure accurate patient information.
- Acts as the access security manager for enterprise software systems at the assigned military treatment facility and within the area of responsibility.
- Supervises staff by setting priorities, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance to support efficient daily operations.
- Oversees daily section reports correcting errors within the electronic health record (EHR) and automated health systems.
