About the Position: This position serves as Production Controller (Chem-Bio Defense Operations) supporting production control, procurement, inventory, and logistics operations at Pine Bluff Arsenal in Pine Bluff Arkansas.
- Lead and coordinate production control activities by monitoring workflow progress, guiding team members, resolving technical issues, and communicating operational needs to leadership.
- Oversee procurement and materials by acquiring components, maintaining inventory accuracy, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring materials are available to meet production needs.
- Plan, schedule, and expedite production work assignments by coordinating manufacturing priorities, tracking work in progress, identifying delays, analyzing causes, and implementing corrective actions to maintain production timelines.
- Coordinate sustainment and logistics support by managing the receipt, surveillance, and storage of readiness items and ensuring all chemical/biological defense equipment meets DoD quality and safety standards for global fielding.
