- Develop and implement plans to accomplish program goals.
- Modify policies and procedures to comply with applicable guidance.
- Conduct studies and surveys to identify problems and recommends modifications to operations or oversees outside contractors to complete projects.
- Develop and/or review all environmental documentation relating to assigned areas for GPO
