  • The Gallery's Digital Solutions division (TDS) reports to the Gallery's Treasurer and provides IT solutions, services and innovation. This User Services (TDS-US) position supports enterprise-wide identity and access services, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign on (SSO), while managing end-user computing devices, configurations and access controls to ensure secure, reliable, and seamless user access to systems, applications and data. Duties for this position include: End User Device Support - Provides operational oversight for enterprise endpoint management services, including the deployment, configuration, life cycle management and security of desktops and laptops – both Windows and Macintosh. Develops and maintains endpoint management standards, oversees patch development, device provisioning, and leads endpoint modernization initiatives to ensure secure, reliable, end efficient end-user computing services. Identity and Access support - Provides operational oversight and administration of the Gallery's enterprise identity and access management services by managing user identities, authentication, authorization, privileged access, and identity lifecycle processes. Ensures secure, reliable, and efficient access to systems, applications, and data through the implementation of identity governance, access controls, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, SSO, and related identity technologies while maintaining compliance with organizational security policies and standards. Cybersecurity Support - Supports the Gallery's cybersecurity program by coordinating vulnerability management, supporting security assessments and compliance activities, monitoring cybersecurity metrics, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the security, resilience, and operational maturity of enterprise identity, access, and endpoint management services.
