- Receive deliveries from the Government Publishing Office, Superintendent of Documents and private contractors.
- Make internal Congressional pickup/deliveries between House and Senate offices as they relate to the Government Publishing Office's mission.
- Verify incoming deliveries against receipt and determine if the right material and correct quantities are delivered.
- Receives and breaks down deliveries received according to their destinations.
- Maintains necessary work records and generates reports as required utilizing automated receiving and tracking system.
