This position is part of the Personnel Readiness Management Agency (Defense Human Resources Activity ). The incumbent will be responsible for providing corporate level leadership in human resources management.
- As a Human Resources Specialist at the GS-0201-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Serves as senior Human Resources (HR) advisor to the DCPAS Technical Director and executive leadership, executing multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously; routinely navigates fluctuating workloads and prioritizes tasks to consistently meet rigorous schedule and mission requirements. Utilizing leadership, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills to develop or review written HR project and communication plans; monitor progress toward meeting established deadlines and objectives; and ensure high-quality final oral and written HR work products. Provides expert consultation on comprehensive policy analyses of statutes, regulations, case law, and government-wide and DoW policies, of a complex and precedent-setting nature.
