About the Position: The Clinical Coordinator (Polysomnography) provides support to the A. T. Augusta Military Medical Center in Fort Belvoir VA, helping ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and facility operations. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
- Formulate and refines health science policies, research procedures, and scientific organizational structures.
- Drive continuous evidence-based quality improvements in clinical practices and health service delivery.
- Lead the conceptualization and development of new health science research initiatives or significant modifications to existing clinical programs.
- Provide expert management support across key administrative functions, including service contracts, program cost analysis, and annual and multi-year fiscal expenditures.
- Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates.
