About the role:

ProFlex Physical Therapy, powered by Areté Health, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Lexington Park, MD.

You'll help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Working alongside our Clinic Director and clinical team, you'll provide individualized care in an outpatient setting where building patient relationships, exercising clinical judgment, and delivering quality outcomes are at the heart of what we do.

What you'll want to know

• Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
• Schedule: Full-time, with scheduling flexibility based on clinic and team needs.
• Location: ProFlex Physical Therapy | Lexington Park, MD. This is an onsite clinical position.
• Work environment: Outpatient physical therapy clinic treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. You'll work alongside the Clinic Director and clinical team, with an expected average of 10 patient visits per clinical day.

What you'll do:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions using evidence-based physical therapy practices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's goals, progress, and functional needs.
• Educate patients on their recovery, helping them build confidence and take an active role in their care.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director and fellow clinicians to deliver a consistent, positive patient experience.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in team collaboration, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.

What we're looking for:

Required

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Maryland, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and time-management skills.
• A commitment to individualized, patient-centered care.

Preferred

• Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Interest in continuing education, clinical development, and collaborative patient care.

The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 100,000 USD per year(MD)
